Cleaning Process
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be present if you do not want to be. If you will not be at the property, clear communication is essential. Please provide accurate access instructions and let us know if there are any specific items, rooms or areas you do not want touched.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Clients do not need to supply cleaning products. Our cleaners will arrive fully equipped with the products and equipment needed to complete the job.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

How long will the cleaning take?
The cleaning time depends on the size of the property and the complexity of the job. Specific requests, additional rooms, heavy build-up or specialist cleaning requirements may increase the time needed to complete the service to the correct standard.

Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes. All cleaners are fully insured and vetted. Our cleaners have previous cleaning experience and are selected to ensure every job is completed to a high standard.
What happens if something gets damaged?
While we take every care to treat your home or business with respect, accidents can occasionally happen. If any damage occurs during your cleaning service, please notify us as soon as possible.

What if I am not happy with the cleaning?

Where appropriate, we will arrange to return within 24–48 hours to address any missed areas and make things right.
Special Requests
Can you clean inside ovens, refrigerators or windows?
Yes. We offer cleaning for the inside of ovens, refrigerators and interior windows as optional add-on services. These can be selected when booking your cleaning appointment for an additional charge.
If you have any other specific cleaning requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Do you clean after renovations or building work?
Yes. We provide post-construction and post-renovation cleaning services. Our team is equipped to remove construction dust, debris and residue, leaving your property clean, fresh and ready to use.
